We have standard 30mm diameter etalon plates in continuous production

and offer coatings over 20mm diameter aperture. These are available in single units or OEM quantities to customer specifications. Other sizes are available to order. Manufacturing capabilities:

• 2 to 100mm diameter clear aperture
• FSR 2.5GHz to 30,000GHz
• Gap 5μ to 60mm
• λ/200 matched plate flatness @ 633nm
• λ/100 parallelism @ 633nm
• 193nm to 2000nm wavelengths
