28 Aug 2008 LASCAD version 3.5.4 laser cavity design software incorporates Dynamic Multimode Analysis LASCAD version 3.5.4 incorporates Dynamic Multimode Analysis (DMA) designed to improve the computer-aided design of Q-switched solid state lasers. The DMA code provides: computation of shape and time-dependent power of pulses from a Q-switched laser plus power within individual transverse modes and M2 factor for CW and Q-switch operation; modelling of the effect of hard-edged and Gaussian apertures and of resonator mirrors with Gaussian reflectivity profiles. |
