The new iDLC™ coating on GASIR® is an exceptionally rugged coating that withstands severe abrasion.

The iDLC™ coating on GASIR® withstands the severe abrasion tests normally associated with traditional diamond like carbon coatings on germanium, while offering higher transmission and lower reflection values. This coating was designed for the outside surface of a lens or window and is normally used with a high efficiency antireflective coating on the second side.
