25 Jul 2008 LASER COMPONENTS offers new high power laser diodes in the red spectral range. The ML1468 delivers an optical cw power of 220 mW at a wavelength of 635 nm out of a 50 x 1 µm stripe. The ML1504 reaches 500 mW (100 x 1 µm) and the ML1469 has a cw power of 350 mW at a wavelength of 690 nm out of a 50 x 1 µm stripe.
All three types come in a hermetically sealed 9 mm TO housing.
While the ML1504 should only be operated at room temperature and with an active cooling system, the ML1468 and ML1469 are suitable for operating temperatures of up to 50°C. |
