The PM Ytterbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier is a high small-signal gain polarization maintaining single polarization (PMSP) amplifier for the wavelength band 1055 nm - 1075 nm, provided as a compact OEM module. The optical amplifier is based on a dual stage configuration and performance is optimized for 1064 nm. The optical amplifier features over +17 dBm of saturated optical output power, over 28 dB of small-signal gain and low noise figure (<7 dB).
