26 Jun 2008 Pulsed laser diodes and avalanche photodiodes usually appear in measurement systems in pairs. To achieve peak performance, all optoelectronic components have to work together perfectly. The PLDs, APDs, and matching accessories manufactured by LASER COMPONENTS will be introduced in our new catalog. Here you can find data for 905 nm and 1550 nm PLDs with different designs up to a peak power of 210 W as well as Si and InGaAs APDs with different structures (epitaxial and reach through). APDs with an active surface diameter from 230 µm to 3 mm are optionally available with an integrated amplifier as receiver module. |
