23 Jun 2008 Modular extension for interferometric characterization of surfaces with large radii of curvature The LRT is compatible to most available interferometers and makes your interferometer a universal tool for metrology on optics with radii of the order of several meters.
The combination of two customized measurement objectives, diverger and converger, generates a continuously adjustable test wavefront. Its radius of curvature may be changed by the distance between the two objectives. According to the required precision of the measurement, the wavefront error can be reduced to <=λ/5 for the complete measurement range. |
