30 Apr 2009 PPC uses laser-grade material and all IBS coatings to produce multiple-order and compound zero-order waveplates. PPC uses laser-grade crystal quartz and sapphire materials to produce multiple-order, true zero-order and compound zero-order waveplates with retardations of quarter-wave, half-wave or anything in-between.
For compound zero-order waveplates and multi-element waveplate assemblies, we use only IBS coatings and our epoxy-free bonding technology—Chemically Activated Direct Bonding™ (CADB).
Waveplates are available as standalone components, or as part of a more complex optical assembly.
All of our waveplates are adhesive-free, making them suitable for high power applications with energy densities exceeding 20J/cm2 at 1064nm.
PPC also stocks 3" diameter multiple order and zero order retardation plates for 1064nm which can be core-drilled or diced to almost any size or shape in just days! |
