The SIB016 Sensor Interface Board (SIB) provides the connectivity between a Hamamatsu R5900U-L16 16 channel PMT and Vertilon’s PhotoniQ multi-channel data acquisition systems. The PMT mounts directly to the bottom of the SIB016 through 32 socket pins. Electrical connections to the SIB016 are made through a connector located on the top of the board which mates to a micro-coaxial cable that connects the PMT outputs to the PhotoniQ. The high voltage connection to the PMT is made through a separate dedicated connector. |
