20 Mar 2008 Our range of pulsed lasers continues to grow and can be optimally customized for each application. With our tested and proven nanostack laser technology, which contains several epitaxially integrated emitters, peak powers up to 75 W can be achieved at 905nm.
This technology is available with a variety of emitter sizes, so that pulse powers of 25 W, 50 W, and 75 W can be achieved. Due to their smaller emitting area the power provided by these lasers can be more easily coupled into a fiber and combined with micro-optics. The single multi-junction chip that delivers 75 W has an emitter of just 235 µm x 10 µm. |
