Using a high UV-NIR response wide dynamic range back-thinned CCD array with a low stray light optical bench, the i-trometer products are designed for meeting challenging spectroscopic requirements with wide dynamic range, great QE, high signal-to-noise ratio and yet low cost. A true 0.22 NA optical bench ensures the detection sensitivity with high throughput. SMA905 fiber connector option makes the repeatable fiber coupling very easy. Plug-and-play USB interface and high speed data transfer are provided. |
