03 Jan 2008 In the past few years, Judson has developed into the company with quite possibly the widest range of InGaAs detectors, and because of their high quality and competitive prices, the number of customers continues to rise. The standard J22 series is available with active areas from 40µm to 5mm. Furthermore, there are four extended InGaAs detector versions of the J23 series with edge lengths of 1.9µm, 2.2µm, 2.4µm, and 2.6µm. The J23 series has active areas from 250µm to 3mm. Both J22 and J23 series are available with Peltier coolers. The operating temperature of the detectors ranges from 55°C to +60°C. Raw chips are also available. |
