The Lambert Instruments Fluorescence lifetime imaging Attachment (LIFA) is a dedicated system that allows image acquisition and generation of lifetime images in a matter of seconds. The system can be attached to any widefield fluorescence microscope, and is easy to install and to operate. The LIFA allows measurements in living cells as well as in fixed samples and is used to analyse e.g. protein-protein interactions or intracellular pH.
