01 Aug 2007 Our one-dimensional standard silicon arrays have 12, 16, or 32 single elements. A typical example is the PDB-C216, a Si-PIN array with 16 elements, which is also optionally available with a CsI(Tl) scintillator. Thanks to its borderless design, this array can be infinitely strung together to make the detector surface as long as necessary. These arrays are used in imaging and packaging scanners, in position-sensitive measurements, or in laser positioning.
In addition to such standard products, LASER COMPONENTS also has a variety of customized assemblies available, also for X-ray detector applications in medical technology.
