The X-LASE ultra short pulsed fibre laser and D-LASE direct diode laser are available from Pacer International Ltd. X-LASE is an ultra short (~20ps) pulsed fibre laser optimised for micromachining with 10-30 µm spot size. High average power (20W) is reached by adjustable MHz range pulse repetition rate. A compact, modelocked fibre laser solution for micromachining with minimal thermal load, X-LASE has excellent beam quality and different processing head options, enabling flexibility and easy integration into your process. Interface options are RS232, Profibus, CAN or Ethernet.
D-LASE is an easily configurable compact direct diode laser solution for selective soldering, polymer welding and optical pumping. Compact size, fibre delivery, aiming beam, multiple laser head options and programmable power vs time profiles enable easy integration. D-LASE can be configured either as a standalone or OEM-style system. RS232 is offered as standard, but the system can be equipped with either Profibus or CAN.
