15 Jan 2007 Epistone provides 2", 3" and 4" Epi-ready sapphire wafers. Single-side or double-side Epi-ready polishing，thickness at 500um, 430um， 330um， and 220um ultra-thin wafers are available. All C(0001), R-plane (1-102), A-plane (1120)-plane substrates are available with customers specified orientation. Epistone can save your money through wafers reclaim. We reclaim sapphire and GaAs wafers now. The wafers will be re-polished, then our customers can use them for varied applications to save up to 50% on their cost.
