Laser Diode Modules at 405 nm with Increased Output Power

Having been used for applications in the chemical and medical industries, the 405 nm FLEXPOINT® laser module series is now available with an output power of up to 20 mW.

With specifications common to FLEXPOINT®, this new module fits perfectly into the product spectrum. The housing is 57 mm in length and has a diameter of 11.5 mm. It consists of anodized aluminum and is potential-free, so as not to disturb the application. The operational voltages are 4.5 to 6 VDC or 8 to 30 VDC. A reverse voltage protection prevents the module from circuit failure. Modulation via a third wire can be integrated upon request. The projection of lines is also possible. The power intensity along the line is alternatively distributed in a Gaussian or homogenous manner. Quality is our number one priority when building and manufacturing these laser diode modules, particularly because they are integrated exclusively into high-grade equipment.
