14 Nov 2006 Theses mouldes optics made of glass are a cheap alternative to ground and polished lenses of average quality. Thus e.g. aspherical lenses ø 6.8 mm with a focal lentgth of 6.0 mm can be delivered for a purchase order of 1000 pieces at a price of 1,60€/pc.
Our standard program comprises aspheric, plano-convex and bi-convex lenses from ø 2.0 mm to ø 68.0 mm. Many other geometric forms like cylindrical lenses or lenses arrays can be prodeced according to your specifications. In this connection, the cheap tool costs are worth-mentioning. Upon request, anti-reflecting treatments can be made in own plants.
Our wide-ranging optical program comprises besides the moulded lenses, high quality ground and polished spherical lenses ( single lenses, achromates, objective lenses), prisms, optical flat windows, plastic lenses, glass filters, acrylic filters, windows, mirrors, balls, etc.
