This product offers best-in-class timing resolution (40ps), record-low dead time (45ns), high maximum counting frequencies (20MHz), high timing stability, high detection efficiency over a wide spectral range and low dark count rate.

id101-20: with 20um active area and free space coupling
id101-50: with 50um active area and free space coupling
id101-MMF50: with 50/125 FC/PC Multi Mode Fiber coupling
An evaluation board for preliminary optical and electrical tests is also available. A socket intended for TO5 package allows one to plug the id101 under test. |
