13 Oct 2006 MOLSPEC III is the new generation of reliable platforms used for the calculation of molecular species. Based on the HITRAN 2004 database, the spectra of 39 molecules can be generated with various isotopes. The calculation takes pressure, temperature, and the absorption length in the wavenumber range from 1 to 20,500 cm-1 into account. It is possible to enter different concentrations and to calculate the spectra of gas mixtures. The simplified interface with its special menus is tailored to the demands of the spectroscopic user. The program runs in a regular Windows environment and is equipped with a comprehensive help file. |
