11 Sep 2006 This Laser Module is Truly REVOLUTIONARY. It is 4 mm in diameter, and just over 10 mm long. It utilizes our latest 3.3 mm laser diode with an APC Driver built right into the diode can. No more bulky PCB to take up valuable space. Delivering up to 3mW of 650 nm power, this small module fits the bill if small size is required. The units are available with lower powers to qualify for various Class levels.
Available soon at 635nm, this product line will prove valuable to many customers. Just add 3 volts and you are ready to go. Now all customers can handle raw diodes without static worries- APC Laser Diodes.
