04 Sep 2006 Compact integrated 150 Watt Xenon Arc lamp source for spectroscopic research. Abet Technologies announces it’s latest product release the LS-150 150 watt Xenon light source for spectroscopic applications.
The entire source, power supply lamp and optical compartment are housed in an extremely compact enclosure that can be mounted on both inch or metric spaced optical tables.
The optical system contains a fast F/1.0 condenser lens and rear reflector to collect the maximum amount of available from the lamp. Focus, lamp centering, and rear reflector adjustments are accomplished with smooth, precise, and positive fine pitched screw adjusters all conveniently located on the rear of the housing away from the output beam.
The LS 150 contain a number of innovation features including a vibration isolation option included with every source that allow decoupling the optical compartment from any small amounts of vibration from the system cooling fan. This included option can provide significant stability improvements when focusing on a small target or slit.
A wide range of accessories including filter wheels, secondary focusing lenses, dichroic mirror mounts and adapters for a variety industry standard accessories are also available. |
