17 Aug 2006 DILAS offers HPDL with 200W in 600µm fibre, conduction cooled Dilas has extended its popular MF-product line of conduction cooled, fibre coupled, high-power diode-laser (HPDL) modules with up to 40W out of 400µm fibre core or 25W out of 200µm fibre core, by introducing now the MMF-Module, which is a conduction cooled, fibre coupled laser diode module providing up to 200W into a 600µm fibre core with numerical aperture of 0.22. The MMF module is currently available at wavelengths of 808nm, 915nm, 940nm and 980nm. Together with a variety of optional features like pilot beam or power sensor, the MMF module is suitable for the pumping of solid-state and fibre lasers, as well as finds its application in the medical and materials processing markets.
