04 Aug 2006 Scheduled for Release Q3 2006: TECHNOLOGY PREVIEW: The MH-4 utilizes four tiny 1.5 (35mm) square camera heads connected to a single compact DC powered processor unit with battery backup and is perfect for accessing those tricky to reach spots such as onboard under the dashboard. The low cost of the camera heads and long camera cables also makes them ideal for use in areas where there is a high probability of equipment not surviving. Providing 2,000 full 512 x 512 pixel images and reduced resolution operation to 32,000 fps, the MH-4 includes a battery backup to ensure all data is retained in the event of a power loss and can be used with the dedicated junction box to enable as many as six MH-4 units, with four cameras per, to be easily networked together and controlled via a single Gig-E connection. |
