14 Jun 2006 The new IAE200 series is well-suited for the spectral range from 1000 nm to 1650 nm. The active area of the IAE200 series has a diameter of 200 µm. The APD comes in a TO-46 can or on a ceramic submount that can be easily integrated into a hybrid assembly of its own. With a typical capacitance of 1 pF, bandwidths of at least 500 MHz can be reached. Small signals in the IR spectral range can be detected with a total internal amplification factor of 10 and the measuring range of "eye-safe" rangefinding systems increases significantly. |
