09 Mar 2007 The Acculase is a laser module that has a factory pre-set adjustment that eliminates bore sights errors. This provides an axially aligned laser beam relative to the housing which is ideal for a range of precision applications. The range of lasers modules are highly flexible in design and are able to accommodate a wide range of diodes and lens types. The series offers a high degree of controllability including Analogue modulation (DC to 300 KHz) or Digital modulation (TTL gating DC to 1MHz)
The Acculase laser has excellent power stability (<0.5%) over a wide operating temperature range and the in-built driver board is capable of driving a wide range of diodes from visible 635 nm to infra-red 850 nm. Powers are available up to 200mW. Custom powers and wavelengths are available on request.
A wide range of lens types are available which produce either lines, circular or elliptical spots. The lenses are user adjustable in focus to provide flexibility for working at different distances.
