27 Aug 2008 VUV-UV Optical Filters at specific peak wavelengths over the VUV-UV range of 120nm to 320nm. eSource Optics Vacuum UV-UV (VUV-UV) Optical Filters are available at specific peak wavelengths over the VUV-UV range of 120nm to 320nm. Both Narrow Band & Broad Band designs are available having 20nm FWHM and 35-50nm FWHM. All Filters are available in 12.7mm, 25.4mm, and 50.8mm diameter sizes. All DUV Filters are M-D-M design thin-film filters produced on highly polished UV grade Fused Silica substrates with a <20-10 scratch & dig surface quality and less than 3 arc minutes parallelism. |
