In addition to the large variety of OFS Fitel glass fibers available from LASER COMPONENTS, we can supply the compatible connector for each type of fiber. We have the right connectors for the various fiber diameters of all current connector systems such as SMA, FC, ST, V-PIN and F07. LWL plugs with fiber guiding holes in 10 um intervals can be purchased from LASER COMPONENTS.
Especially for coupling higher powers, a SMA plug with free-standing fiber is available from LASER COMPONENTS. Since there is no adhesive in the vicinity of the area of the fiber face following assembly, damage to the connector due to improper coupling of the laser output power is prevented.
