SAMBA Polarization Camera

SAMBA is a fast polarization camera able to capture and display linear polarization signals at a video rate (30 fr/s). The orientation of the polarization analysis can be switched automatically on the camera using liquid crystals in 10 microseconds.

Using SAMBA and its acquisition software, you can image polarization degree at 30 frames/second.

Applications are numerous : remote sensing, water body detection, color/gloss measurement, skin imaging, microscopy...
