31 Jan 2006 The ELDIM MURATest system solves the problem of quantifying uniformity by combining speed and accuracy in 2D uniformity analysis of luminance and color. ELDIM is introducing a new 2D video-colorimeter with a 4096x4096 pixel resolution sensor, designed for the latest high resolution displays such as OLED and LCD.
This unique resolution delivers rapid tracking of any pixel and sub-pixel defects across the substrate matrix. Additionally, Peltier cooling process, 5-filter design and high grade optics fulfil the necessary requierements to achieve accurate luminance and color measurements in all regions of chromaticity diagram.
With ELDIM's MURATest the opérator ideally benefits from a friendly and opened software interface for system automation and data extraction under other applications. As routine example and compensated to adjust the uniformity across the overall matrix. |
