Structured Light Projection Engine is the heart of high-performance 3D AOI cameras, powering precise 3D topography reconstruction for electronics manufacturing inspection. As the core component that emits coded light patterns, it defines the inspection accuracy, anti-interference capability, and speed of the entire 3D AOI system. Adopting advanced DLP display technology, this projection engine delivers high-brightness, and high-contrast coded patterns (multi-frequency fringes, Gray codes, or random dot matrices) with ultra-fine pixel pitch. Its blue-light projection design effectively minimizes reflection interference from glossy surfaces (e.g., solder joints, metal components), while the adaptive pattern modulation technology ensures clear imaging even for high-density PCBs and shadowed areas。

Accuray Newly Developed a Structured Light Projection Engine with following specs.
