This is a precision optical window manufactured from HWB850 infrared-transmitting black glass material. It features a rectangular form factor of 150×88mm with a thickness controlled to 3±0.05mm. The product incorporates dual-sided functional coatings: an anti-reflective (AR) coating on the inner surface and a hydrophobic (water-repellent) coating on the outer surface. These coatings ensure an average transmittance of less than 1% in the visible spectrum (400–700nm), effectively blocking visible light, while achieving a residual reflectance of less than 0.3% at the 1550nm near-infrared wavelength, enabling high-efficiency infrared transmission.
