The resolution 640x512 with pixel pitch 25um, InGaAs image sensors with standard InGaAs wavelength of 0.9µm -1.7µm. Quantum Efficiency > 70% at 1.55 µm and typical pixel operability > 99.5%. Snapshot ITR/IWR and IMRO readout modes. 1,2 and 4 Outputs with 10MHz pixel rate with windowing capability.

These new InGaAs sensor developments allow the user a high degree of flexibility when adapting the image sensor or camera to the target application.
