LASERTEC use our super polished substrates and IBS coating to supply a series of high extinction ratio, thin film polarizers. These plate polarizers are intended for use at the Brewster angle of incidence. The natural polarization that takes place at this angle is enhanced by the deposition of a coating that angularly separates the S and P transmittance. We provide high extinction ratios more than 1000:1.
In order to support military application, we developed large Thin Film Polarizer for Nd:glass laser systems. The aperture now can be made up to 150*65mm for beam size with 60mm laser system.
The Thin Film Polarizer has a high extication rate, up to 2000:1
