Deal agreed on laser-based system used to detect micro-organisms in water supplies.
CLIFTON, NJ, Aug 02, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Electronic Control Security, Inc., a global leader in entry control and perimeter security systems, today announced it has entered into a strategic alliance with JMAR, LLC, a leading innovator of laser-based product solutions specializing in microbiological detection of organisms in water.
JMAR has global installations with government and corporate customers ranging from municipal water suppliers to bottling plants. ECSI's Water Infrastructure Sensing Equipment (WISE(R)) Remote Data Processing Unit provides on-site analysis, communications, and information management. Through this alliance with JMAR, ECSI will expand the capability of the WISE(R) sensor to offer greater security to Government facilities as well as the private water sector in a multi-billion dollar worldwide market.
