At the award ceremony on 23 May in Berlin, the OSRAM LEDguardian® ROAD FLARE Signal TA20was singled out by the German Design Council for its innovative design. “The safety of our customers is our motivation and our top priority. We are delighted to win the German Innovation Award with the Osram LEDguardian® Road Flare Signal TA20,” said Patricia Kreisz, Brand and Portfolio Manager, at ams Osram.
The Osram LEDguardian® Road Flare Signal TA20 is the highlight among the LED warning and safety lights from ams Osram.

The product can be used in addition to the legally prescribed warning triangle to indicate a damaged or immobilized vehicle on the road in Germany, ensuring even greater visibility in a particularly vulnerable situation. It has built-in magnets so it is easy to attach it to a vehicle. Its orange LED warning light flashes through 360 degrees and can be seen from far away, day or night, and together with the mandatory warning triangle will actively alert other road users to the dangerous situation ahead.

The German Innovation Awards are cross-industry accolades that are presented for products and solutions that stand out in particular for their user-centric design and their added value compared to existing approaches.

* The Osram LEDguardian® Road Flare Signal TA20 is approved according to §53a TA20 StVZO and may therefore be used and operated in addition to the warning triangle in the event of a broken-down vehicle in road traffic in Germany.
