Knight Optical, the industry's leading supplier of custom optical components, has met the discerning, millimetre-perfect specifications of a research-based project for the University of Hertfordshire.
Over the years, the University of Hertfordshire has turned to Knight Optical's premium-quality components for the specification of several optics for exploratory biomedical imaging research. The investigative project, 'Imaging of X-Ray-Excited Emissions from Quantum Dots and Biological Tissue in Whole Mouse', sought premium-quality Optical Filters for the university's bespoke imaging system.
Thanks to our reputable status amongst UK and overseas universities, Knight Optical was able to meet the high specification sought by the University of Hertfordshire with the supply of a variety of Bandpass Filters – with the narrowest ranges being used to inspect endogenous emissions within the tailor-made system.
