Photonics21 announces candidates for its Board of Stakeholders election 2019

Brussels, Belgium – Photonics21 would like to inform you about the platform’s Board of Stakeholder election 2019, which will take place in the fourth quarter of 2019. You will find all details about the voting process, the time schedule, the candidate template and legal documents at the election portal.

The Photonics21 Board of Stakeholder consists of 100 members (maximum). Due to the fact that 7 people stepped down from the BoS and 15 BoS members reached the end of their election period of four years, the number of seats which are available for election are 22 in total.

The Election of the Photonics21 Board of Stakeholders will take place in the last quarter (Q4) 2019.

According to the Terms of References there are specific time lines to be met

  • for Registration as a Voter: 24th September 2019
  • for Nomination as a BoS member/representative: 21st September 2019
  • for the Online Voting Periode: 22nd October – 5th November 2019
