Luton, UK – At whatever stage you may be in the process of sheet metalworking automation, TRUMPF Open House will provide new ideas and the best solutions for your production. Visitors to the company’s Luton headquarters between 4-6 June, 2019, will be able to speak with technology experts and see the latest generation machines, lasers and software in action to gain inspiration for their own production facility and how they can benefit from Industry 4.0.

TruLaser 5030 Fiber with Active Speed Control (pictured, above) – High processing speed and reproducible part quality, even with complex contours – these are just two of the advantages of the TruLaser 5030 fiber 2D laser cutting machine. It achieves excellent feed rates thanks to solid-state lasers with up to 10 kW power and optimized machine dynamics. Experience the laser machine with the new Active Speed Control function, which reduces rejects and increases process reliability at the same time.
TruLaser 3030 fiber 8kW with automated sheet handling and PartMaster – The 2D laser cutting machine will appeal with its high flexibility and cuts all sheet thicknesses economically. With the TruDisk solid-state laser with up to 8 kW, you can also process non-ferrous metals and benefit from a productivity advantage in thin and thick sheet. BrightLine fiber ensures the highest edge quality and facilitates part removal.
TruLaser 2030 Fiber – The TruLaser 2030 fiber is your easy introduction to highly productive laser cutting. Operation is intuitive – you can get started immediately and continuously benefit from the system performance. It does not require lots of room because the TruLaser 2030 fiber is compact and brings together its full power with minimal use of space.
TruBend Series 7000 – Ergonomic high-speed machine. Discover the new TruBend 7036 and TruBend 7050. Both machines are a prime example of man and machine working in perfect harmony. Space-saving for every production system, the ergonomic high-speed machine bends small and medium-sized parts under the best working conditions.
TruPunch 5000 – The TruPunch 5000 sets new standards in terms of productivity, process reliability and flexibility. Backlash-free drives enable the highest axis acceleration, and the high rotation speed of the C axis enables extremely fast tapping, as well as the productive processing of complex contours.
TruMark Station 5000 – Due to its intelligent, ergonomic design, the compact TruMark Station 5000 can be used as both a standing and a sitting work station. We equip the machine with linear axes in the X and Y direction and rotary axes with various clamping systems, according to your requirements.

TRUMPF Power Tools – including the new TruTool TKA 1500 edge trimmer and FCN 250 composite nibbler. The TruTool TKA 1500 is a new edge trimmer developed by TRUMPF that can produce polished metal chamfers with lengths of up to 15 mm on both straight edges and inner or outer contours, as well as radii of up to four millimetres. Designed to offer zero emissions and no flying sparks, it offers outstandingly high productivity combined with simple, ergonomic operation.
With the TruTool FCN 250 Fiber Composite Nibbler, you will be able to cut components with up to 2.5 mm material thickness. This portable machine is suitable for all industries where lightweight components are used.
