Microscopy firm achieves new quality accreditation.
San Dimas, CA – February 19, 2018 -- CRAIC Technologies, the world’s leading innovator of UV-visible-NIR microspectroscopy solutions, announces that they have been certified under ISO 9001:2015 as of January 2018. The company previously earned certification under ISO 9001:2008 and is audited and registered annually. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 Quality Management System is the most updated standard of its kind and focuses on quality management systems and performance. It assists companies in developing a management system that combines quality with their wider business strategy. There is a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes that helps improve communications, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement. It also acts as a tool to streamline processes and to make them more efficient. Finally, the ISO 9001:2015 standard demonstrates to customers that CRAIC Technologies offers products and services that are consistently of the highest quality.
