Powerlase Photonics Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with ANDRITZ AG that results in ANDRITZ AG taking a majority stake in Powerlase Photonics Ltd. The new company name is Andritz Powerlase and will be based in Crawley, UK.
“This agreement represents a major step forward for Powerlase,” said Dr Young Kwon, Managing Director, Powerlase, “and enables us to pursue our ambitious growth plans to be a key provider of high-power lasers for surface preparation, polishing, cleaning, ablating, and many other industrial applications.”
