Manufacturer of optical measuring instruments is based near Hamburg.
“It all began in November 1991 when we rented two office spaces on Hafenstraße 39 in Wedel,“ remembers TRIOPTICS founder Eugen Dumitrescu. After a bumpy start, the company was quickly able to establish itself as the global market leader for optical measurement technology in numerous industries.
This month, the medium-sized company is looking back on 25 successful years of doing business that have been characterized by the company’s strong growth. Its location in Wedel has 200 employees. Subsidiaries in Europe, America and Asia support the worldwide marketing of its products in local foreign markets.
The company’s anniversary was duly celebrated with all of its employees, representatives and business partners. In addition, the company used the opportunity of meeting with its international partners to prepare for the next business year with new product developments. “This ensures that our worldwide sales representatives are perfectly prepared and informed, allowing them to communicate with our customers on a professional level,” says Managing Director Steffan Gold. “Our new products will ensure the company’s success throughout the coming year and beyond.”
Besides continuing to develop its product portfolio, TRIOPTICS also relies on the optimization of work and production processes. Construction of a new company headquarters with state-of-the-art production facilities has already begun. This will ensure the capacities of this northern German company in the decades to come.
