New chapter in laser metrology firm's growth.
Braunschweig/Germany, 29 March 2016 – In order to better serve North American customers, measurement technology specialist Etalon has established Etalon North America Inc.
Founded in Kirkland, WA, the new subsidiary will help Etalon focus on the strong North American aerospace and high-precision industrial machine sectors.
"This new presence will allow us to be more responsive to the unique needs of our customers in these industries,” says Dr. Heinrich Schwenke, CEO of Etalon AG. "We look forward to this new chapter in our company's growth – and we’re already working on some exciting new projects”.
Bruce Fiander is the new subsidiary's General Manager. Bruce has spent his career in industrial and aerospace sales. He has extensive experience in portable industrial metrology, particularly in the aerospace sector. "Bruce’s background, and his knowledge of this industry, are ideal qualifications for proficiently serving Etalon’s growing clientele in North America," explains Dr. Schwenke.
