Necsel Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire PD-LD

MILPITAS, CALIFORNIA – February 12, 2016 – Necsel, a leading laser and laser solutions company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire PD-LD (www.PD-LD.com), a leader in communication, stabilized-module and VBG glass technology.

The merger is expected to close in March 2016.
