Stockport, England: As Laser Quantum ends another successful financial year, plans are underway to expand our facilities in both the UK and the USA. Our sales growth has led to a requirement for further production capacity and an increase in staff numbers: at the UK headquarters, we have acquired an additional building, increasing the number of buildings on this site to four, and in the USA, the LQI team has expanded into a new building three times larger than the existing site to accommodate the recent increases in staff numbers.
Dr. Lawrie Gloster, CEO of Laser Quantum, said ‘The expansion at our headquarters in Stockport is a positive step, driving up our manufacturing capacity to meet our customers’ demand, and also helping us to deliver our ambitious R+D programmes.’
