Montreal, June 22, 2015 – Following the acquisition of Avensys Inc. and ITF Laboratories Inc. by O-Net
Communications Group Limited (January 2015), we are proud to announce the integration of these two Montrealbased
businesses into a single and cohesive company; ITF Technologies Inc. ("ITF Technologies"). ITF
Technologies will continue to be the world leader of FBGs for pump diodes and fiber lasers, with a production
capacity of more than 40,000 FBGs per month and Fiber Combiners ranging from Telecom to multi kW for
industrial applications. With a new parent company and a new branding, ITF Technologies is focusing on its
corporate mission with a whole new vigor, namely: bringing new and exciting value-added products to the fiber
laser market such as laser engines, components and sub-assemblies for telecom, datacom and industrial
applications.

Powering laser engines forward
The high-power laser segment gets a boost. As a recognized industry leader in quality high power combiners, ITF
Technologies is evolving to produce high efficiency fiber laser engines; based on years of expertise, the fully
