Centricity Measurement in Substrate Production – We Invested for Your System Quality
Date Announced: 10 Jun 2015
The measurement of centricity in laser optics is very important; the more optics that are used in a system, the more important the quality of each individual lens becomes, this is because optics which have a matching reference axis and optical axis are a prerequisite for an optimal optical assembly. Only this makes it possible to achieve lossless adjustment.
In a worst case scenario, deviations in the axes could lead to an undesired heating of the entire laser system. To ensure that you can trust our laser optics, we invested further:
We provide the centricity measurement of individual lenses.
Centering errors can be measured in transmission and reflection. To determine the centering accuracy, the tilting error of the top surface of the sample is determined in relation to the edge and the bottom surface of the lens.
The LASER COMPONENTS Quality Promise
