Global deal signed by the optical metrology firms.
West Covina, CA & Tucson, AZ, May 13, 2015 – TRIOPTICS USA, Inc. and Optical Perspectives Group, LLC
today announced the companies have signed an exclusive licensing agreement for TRIOPTICS USA to manufacture,
market, distribute, sell and support Optical Perspectives Group Point Source Microscope (PSM), Centering Station and MicroFinish Topographer products in the worldwide marketplace.
Through this partnership, TRIOPTICS USA, and its affiliate, Davidson Optronics, Inc., assumes the existing PSM
business successfully built under Optical Perspectives Group and will begin the manufacturing, selling and distributing
of PSM and PSM related systems through its extensive global network. TRIOPTICS USA, with the ongoing support of
Optical Perspectives Group, will aggressively focus on product improvements along with new product and application
development for the PSM and PSM related products.
