Private equity group buys optical component maker.

CHATSWORTH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Source Photonics Inc., a leading provider of optical communication products used in telecommunication systems and data communication networks, announced today that it has been acquired by Francisco Partners, a leading global technology-focused private equity fund.
