DCM Sistemes, as a specialized manufacturer in LED lighting systems for machine vision, is proud to announce iBlueDrive, its new technology designed to revolutionize the concept of controlling lights in machine vision industry.
iBlueDrive incorporated into our lighting systems, integrates all advanced functions of an intelligent strobe controller.
iBlueDrive lighting does not need to be programmed because it is factory configured to operate in most of applications. The active intelligent control system iBlueDrive, detects the input signal and automatically switches between modes (continuous, powered or strobe), setting the maximum lighting power available according to this. Using an iBlueDrive device in strobe mode is as easily as it is to use it in continuous. The synchronization is simple and faster, with shorter delays and better regulation.
Although iBlueDrive devices are ready to work with no need of configuration, advanced control is available if user needs to change light settings offline or online.
Wiring connection is as easily as synchronizing. There are only three core cables for all functions. Connection is done directly to the camera or to other trigger signal such as a photocell, a controller, etc. All control is only performed by a multifunctional control terminal, regardless whether the lighting system is monochrome, RGB or with multiple lighting sections. Additionally, multi-device connection is also possible in a bus configuration.
iBlueDrive technology allows to design new devices with no heat sinks; this makes more compact and lighter systems. They are also provided with self-protection against misuse caused by short circuits, reverse voltages and over-temperatures.
